Ingredients : 1 can chickpeas (400 g), drained | 2 tbsp tahini | 2 tbsp lemon juice | 1 garlic clove | 3 tbsp Daoud Grove organic extra virgin olive oil | Salt to taste

Preparation : Blend the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and salt until smooth. Add Daoud Grove olive oil while mixing to create a creamy texture. Serve in a bowl, drizzle with more olive oil, and garnish with paprika or parsley.

Ingredients : 2 tbsp Daoud Grove organic extra virgin olive oil | 1 onion, chopped | 600 g pumpkin, peeled and diced | 1 potato, cubed | 1 L vegetable broth | Salt, pepper, nutmeg

Preparation : Heat olive oil in a pot, sauté onion until soft. | Add pumpkin and potato, stir for a few minutes. | Pour in broth, season, and simmer for 20–25 minutes. | Blend until smooth, serve hot with a drizzle of Daoud Grove olive oil on top.

Ingredients : 300 g pasta (spaghetti or penne) | 2 garlic cloves, chopped | 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved | Fresh basil leaves | 4 tbsp Daoud Grove organic extra virgin olive oil | Salt & pepper

Preparation : Cook pasta al dente in salted water. In a pan, sauté garlic and cherry tomatoes with Daoud Grove olive oil. Add the pasta, fresh basil, salt, and pepper, then toss everything together. Finish with an extra drizzle of olive oil before serving.
